  • Highly diversified experience includes 8 years’ experience in the Formulation and Development as well as stewardship of agricultural crop protection products,
  • 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Synthetic Process Development/Medicinal Chemistry
  • 8 years’ experience in Polymer Chemistry involving new product development, quality control and customer technical support for textile dye and pigment products and auxiliary chemical manufacture as well as large scale application support.
  • Expertise in Seedcare products, Microencapsulation, Herbicide and Lawn and Garden product lines.
  • Experienced in the use of standard analytical instrumentation (including NMR, HPLC, GC, MS, prep-HPLC, UV/VIS, IR, DSC, TGA and DMA) as well as Process Analytical Technology (Lasentec FBRM and ReactIR, etc).
